Tea Lane Architects is led by brothers Dain and David McMillan, bringing together a wealth of experience in architecture and project execution. With over 15 years in the industry, they have worked on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and public sector projects both in Ireland and internationally. When you work with Tea Lane Architects your project evolution will be a direct collaboration with one of our directors from start to finish.

Dain McMillan
Dain’s expertise is built on extensive experience in the UK, Canada and Australia as well as in Ireland. He has worked for award winning architects on three continents and been lead architect / director on dozens of bespoke homes, residential remodels, office fitouts, cafés, bars and a diverse extent of delivery of projects onsite. Dain is passionate about elevating everyday spaces through thoughtful design offering an elevated environment in which to live, work, rest or play.

David McMillan
David, a registered architect with the RIAI, brings both technical proficiency and a creative approach to his work. His background as a former professional footballer enriches his understanding of teamwork and discipline, which he applies to both project management and architectural design. David’s focus is on delivering designs that are not only visually appealing but also responsive to the needs of clients and communities.
