This large-scale commercial project involved the transformation of a number of former factory sites into contemporary, versatile business hubs. Spanning multiple locations, it offers warehousing for small, medium and large enterprises, alongside co-working spaces, commercial kitchens, podcast and photo studios, and flexible meeting areas. The development is designed to support a broad range of industries in a modern, collaborative environment.
